We are looking for a part-time front desk associate. Hours are flexible and can be adjusted. Ideal hours are 1:30pm-5:00pm M-F

Responsibilities
- Sending out thank you emails and welcome letters to new customers.
- Audit all new business policies for compliance.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Reach out to customers regarding past due billing and collect payments.
- Assist with maintaining a client ready office.
- Maintain professional appearance.
- Greet all customers with friendly and professional demeanor.
- Miscellaneous operational tasks.
Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
