Job Summary:
- Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels including networking, referrals, and outbound calls.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and services, staying updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Quoting and Proposals: Prepare accurate and competitive insurance quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
- Policy Management: Assist clients with policy renewals, amendments, and claims processing.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve overall business objectives and provide seamless service to clients.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Licensing: Valid insurance license required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
