We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Insurance Sales Assistant / Agent Trainee to support our growing agency. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the business from the ground up while providing exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do :
Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
Assist customers with policy updates, payments, and general inquiries
Provide administrative and sales support to agents in the office
Help process documents and maintain accurate customer records
