We are an established agency seeking a highly motivated Client Engagement Specialist (CES) to join our team of easy-going, supportive, and friendly staff!

Position Overview: As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will play a vital role in reaching out to potential clients via phone calls and text messages. Your primary goal will be to re-engage leads, win back previous customers, and connect interested clients with our Licensed Sales Professionals (LSPs) who will handle quoting and closing deals.

What You’ll Do:

• Make 250 calls per day to engage and transfer leads.
• Send 150 personalized text messages per day to potential clients.
• Achieve at least 10 live transfers per day to our sales team.
• Work remotely with a flexible schedule that rewards your productivity.

Earnings Breakdown: This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential:

• $0.15 per call: $37.50/day
• $10 per successful transfer: $100/day
• $0.25 per text: $37.50/day
• Annual Earning Potential: $44,100 - $132,300

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus (but not required).
• Reliable phone and internet connection for remote work.
