Position Overview-
Allstate Insurance agency Located in Annandale, VA is seeking an in-office Spanish bilingual Insurance Service Representative.
Responsibility-
- General document maintenance, mail processing
- Interacts with customers via telephone or in-person to answers questions & provide support.
- Conduct customer-focused, needs-based policy reviews process to recommend customers about insurance options.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Work with agent to establish and support local community events and promote our agency.
Requirement-
- Customer service experience
- General Computer Skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
