Job DescriptionThe ASC Product Execution Manager is responsible for detailed product solutioning and business execution of Allstate’s Affordable, Simple and Connected (ASC) property products. The ASC Product Execution Manager works with partners across Allstate, including Channel Partners, Technology, User Experience, Data Enablement and more to define product requirements and optimize business solutioning.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a business Scrum team that seamlessly designs and refines product capabilities for ASC Property products.Effectively plan, break down work, assign work, and coach Scrum team members on refining product design elements and developing detailed business requirements used for the technology build.Build relationships and lead cross functional partner areas to solution complex product solutions; gather data (customer, channel, product, build complexity, etc.), develop feasible solutions, and formulate recommendations.Represent detailed business requirements for ASC Property product capabilities to ensure smooth transition to technology build.Anticipate and identify dependencies and obstacles and take steps to mitigate such effects.Functional SkillsAdvanced insurance product knowledge (property product knowledge is a plus)Ability to effectively bridge business execution with technology partnersAbility to lead, coach and remove obstacles for a teamHaving the comfortability in making everyday business decisions to drive work forwardCollaborates to implement decisions and / or initiatives in an integrated mannerDemonstrated inclination towards actionAbility to influence cross-functional partners and key stakeholdersExperience working in a fast-paced, virtual, and changing environmentEducation
