Job Description

The Process Intelligence Senior Consultant II role is within the Customer Experience Transformation team and is responsible for developing and managing business relationships and acts as a project lead to complete projects with minimal oversight by conducting analyses and developing data-driven process insights and actions. This position is responsible for aiding in the development, execution and leadership of projects across various business areas specifically within process / task mining and mapping. The goal of this team will be to ensure the optimal solution tackles the AORs pain points.Key Responsibilities

• Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to interpret business processes
• Identify process inefficiencies and understand the root causes always in close collaboration with the customer / AOR
• Participates in the design of leading-edge approaches and solutions utilizing broad knowledge, best practices and benchmarking. Develops strategic decisions.
• Leverages external research, models and practices and applies it internally to bring thought leadership to the organization.
• Integrates subject matter knowledge with industry experience, relevant related disciplines, program / process design principles, and business goals and strategy
• Analyzes ambiguous problems. Breaks down complex information in a systematic and communicable manner
• Leads rigorous process and / or service improvement programs
• Develops in-depth ideas and materials, insures understanding of technical matters by non-technical, executive decision makers
• Manages projects and program execution of high complexity
• Impacts department results through innovation and provision of authoritative advice

Compensation offered for this role is $69,200.00 - 123,800.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
