Located in Goose Creek, just outside of Charleston and with close proximity to Summerville, Moncks Corner and Nexton, our agency's location is in the heart of the area's growth. We are seeking a motivated, outgoing and well-organized individual to join our dynamic team of Insurance Sales professionals. We provide warm leads from prospects looking to purchase insurance - we just need you to consult with them and sell the most appropriate insurance products for their needs. No insurance license required - we will provide all the training and exams necessary to be licensed to sell insurance in SC. You just need to be willing to put the time and energy into learning the insurance business and become the trusted-advisor our clients need. Compensation plan is a base salary plus monthly commission on all sales, bonuses for quota achievement and other promotional awards given monthly. Plus we offer a monthly stipend for Health Insurance, 2 weeks Paid-Time-Off to start and extra days off for Birthdays and your work Anniversary.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by following up on incoming leads with phone calls, both incoming and outgoing, and by conducting in-person client meetings.
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and terms.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Provide ongoing support to clients by answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze information and make informed recommendations.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance client interactions.
• Active South Carolina P&C License is highly desirable but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
