Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and insurance solutions to individual and commercial clients.
- Analyze clients’ needs and offer tailored insurance plans for property and casualty coverage.
- Maintain and build strong client relationships.
- Assist with policy renewals, adjustments, and claims processing.
- Stay current on industry trends, insurance products, and state regulations.
Requirements:
- Must possess a 2-20 (General Lines Agent) or 4-40 (Customer Service Representative) License.
- Proven experience in property and casualty insurance (preferred).
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and a problem-solver with a proactive approach.
- A self-starter with the ability to meet sales and customer service goals.
