Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Educate clients on insurance products and tailor policies to their needs
- Generate and follow up on leads (inbound and outbound)
- Provide exceptional customer service and policy support
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience (insurance experience preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty insurance license
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
