Compensation and Benefits:
- Monday - Friday from 9AM to 6PM - NO WEEKENDS
- Compensation $35,000 - $80,000/year (Base salary Commissions Bonus)

Primary Purpose:
- Meeting new business production goals
- Calling warm leads on the phone, reaching out to referrals within your personal network, calling former customers to win them back with the goal of generating new business.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Realtors, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Sales Agents at Car Dealership, etc.
- A big part of this role is educating consumers on the specific types and amounts of insurance they need to financially protect themselves and their families. Most people are unaware of how much insurance they actually need. We train you to educate and sell the proper amount of insurance to prospects and our existing customers.

Experience & Licensing:
- NO insurance experience required.
- NO insurance license? NO PROBLEM! We pay for your Alabama Property & Casualty licensing training for you to obtain!
