Early Career Internship Program
This program is designed to help you start and grow your career in technology at Allstate. Here, we drive innovative, on-demand products and services. Your 12-week internship will expose you to projects that have an impact throughout the organization. Through hands-on work, you will gain valuable experience and insight into your field area of Allstate Technology Solutions (ATS). Our internship program is designed to prepare you for future technology careers at Allstate. Interns graduating with their bachelor's and who are high performers during their internship will have the opportunity to apply to Allstate's Early Career Technology Development Program - a fast-paced program designed to increase technology skills and accelerate advancement in one of three career treks as a Product Engineer, Digital Product Manager, or Service Analyst.
