Job Description
This role utilizes analytical skills to create a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims leading to the proper disposition.This is a Field Opportunity and territory specific. The ideal candidate will be seated in the Greater Minneapolis or St. Paul MN area. In this role, you will be responsible for Auto Material Damage claims and estimating damages in CCC. Key Responsibilities* Applies thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
* Builds established relationships with both internal and external customers
* Exhibits proficient estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses
* Processes a deep understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company
* Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the file within escalated authority limits
Education* 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience* 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities* This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)* In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Base compensation offered for this role is $63,000 - $85,000 annualy and is based on experience and qualifications.
Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors. including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay, (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
