Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Document each customer contact in our database.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Provide on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is not required but you must be willing to obtain this within a reasonable time frame.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

- This is an In-Office position. M-F 40 hours per week. The pay is $19/hr. You will average $25 an hour if you reach your sales goals. You also have the ability to earn bonus. Is this ok?
