Responsibilities:
- Customer Inquiries: Address customer questions through various channels.
- Business Generation: Actively explore new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and in-office visits.
- Policy Updates: Keep customers informed of changes or updates to their policies.
- Exceptional Service: Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Cross-Selling: Collaborate with the agency team to help achieve sales goals.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including copying, mailing, media management, and maintaining the company CRM.
- Other Duties: As assigned.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: 2 years of customer service experience is required.
- Sales Experience: An additional 2 years of sales experience is preferred.
- Technology Proficiencies: Ability to effectively use CRM and implement new processes for efficiency.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Insurance Industry Knowledge: A current understanding of the insurance industry is a plus.
