Job Description

The Allstate Benefits Admin Senior Associate researches, analyzes, resolves and responds to inquiries; and provides support in the development and maintenance of business processes for customers to achieve desired business results. This role also responds to escalated customer requests regarding premiums and refunds.

Key Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with employers, brokers and regional offices
• Resolves policy discrepancies, and prepares and communicates reconciliation reports to employers
• Provides suggestions for process improvement
• Manages suspense account entries using established standards
• Researches, analyzes and responds to customer requests, both verbal and written, including reallocation of premiums and refund checks
• Provides support for team members when needed
• Utilizes multiple systems to obtain data for research
• Determines appropriate issues to escalate to management
• Documents and executes processes with minimal supervision
• Processes accounts closing and policy transactions for direct retention

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $17.69 - 26.88 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
