Our Allstate office in Merrick NY is growing and we are seeking confident, motivated Insurance Sales/Service Representatives. No experience required; we will pay to get the right person licensed. Base pay with substantial commission potential.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Handle additional duties as assigned or needed.
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train serious candidate.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up with potential sales.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build immediate rapport over the phone with prospects.
- Career minded vision.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Be a team player to help grow the agency.
- Be organized and efficient.
- Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude.
- Must be PC proficient (Microsoft word and Excel).
