Insurance Sales Agent

Pena Insurance Agency is located in McAllen's north 10th fast developing district. Our agency is growing, and we are looking for motivated and qualified personnel. We are currently interviewing for both Sales and Customer Service positions. As an Insurance Sales Agent or Customer Service Representative at Pena Insurance Agency (Allstate Insurance), you will play a vital role in helping customers protect what they love. This position allows you to work closely with our community while providing personalized insurance solutions. Your contributions will directly impact customers' lives and help them navigate their insurance needs. Please note that Property and Casualty Insurance License is required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Provide expert advice on insurance products and services to ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Closely review terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients.

Requirements

• Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License is required
• Proven experience in outside sales or insurance sales preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer relationships.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment.
