Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Agent/Representative:
- Property & Casualty license is preferred, employee must be able to obtain within 30 days of offer date
- At least 1 year of sales or client-facing experience is highly preferred
- Life & Health license is a plus
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be motivated and determined
Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Agent/Representative:
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
