Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Licensed Sales Professional to join our Allstate agency. As a Licensed Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling Allstate's insurance products and services while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs, including auto, home, life, and more.
- Achieve sales goals through inbound and outbound calls, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Provide outstanding customer service to existing and potential clients, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Allstate’s products, services, and industry trends to provide relevant and accurate information to clients.
- Develop new business through referrals, networking, and partnerships.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of applications and renewals.
- Utilize CRM tools and systems to manage leads and sales activities.
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Licensing Requirements: Must be licensed in Property & Casualty, or be willing to obtain a license upon hire.
- Proven experience in a sales environment, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present products and services.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet sales goals.
