Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Licensed Sales Professional to join our Allstate agency. As a Licensed Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling Allstate's insurance products and services while providing exceptional customer service. If you're passionate about helping people and enjoy a fast-paced, competitive environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs, including auto, home, life, and more.
  • Achieve sales goals through inbound and outbound calls, client meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to existing and potential clients, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Allstate’s products, services, and industry trends to provide relevant and accurate information to clients.
  • Develop new business through referrals, networking, and partnerships.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of applications and renewals.
  • Utilize CRM tools and systems to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Licensing Requirements: Must be licensed in Property & Casualty, or be willing to obtain a license upon hire.
  • Proven experience in a sales environment, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present products and services.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet sales goals.
