What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Sales Agent position at Allstate Insurance?
We're seeking someone with experience in the insurance industry or someone that has a strong office/sales background.
We focus on home and auto insurance sales and service.
The position involves prospecting, quoting, and closing new business insurance. Training is provided on the job. But you need to have solid people skills, problem solving skills, ability to overcome objections, and goal be oriented.
We're a no drama agency that has been around for 17 years. We are a team of 9 and we are looking to add another. We have a great team environment and need someone that can bring additional value to our business.

My agency offers a high base wage plus commission. I want all my sales producers making $70k their first year. That is a combination of wage and commission. If you have abilities to help us connect, network, and close new business, you will make that much.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
