Duties
- Engage with potential clients through phone, Zoom and in-person meetings to discuss their insurance needs.
- Analyze client information and recommend appropriate insurance products based on their requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to effectively promote insurance products.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Experience
- Proven experience in insurance or financial services
- 4-40, 2-20 or 20-44 license required (2-15 a plus).
- Strong background in customer service with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with insurance review and sales processes is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
