This primarily a customer service role with cross selling opportunities. Licensed applicant's base salary will be from $45k-$52k based on experience.
First year commissions are expected to be around $8-$10k. Our top earners made $25k in commissions last year.

Responsibilities

- Policy Updates : Assist customers in understanding policy changes and updating their accounts as necessary.

Requirement
- Licensing : Must possess a current Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Experience : Proven experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Technology Proficiency : Comfortable navigating various software applications and CRMs efficiently and independently, with a particular focus on remote collaboration tools.
