Local Allstate agency in Rolesville seeking part-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Hours are 9am - 1, 2, or 3 Monday through Friday
$17 per hour
This is an entry level position with the ability to be promoted in the future with an increase in pay
Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
