What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote Insurance Agent position at Allstate Insurance?

We're a leading Allstate agency that is coming up on 20 years in business.
Recently we've made the decision to open up a new, fully remote position, for a sales pro that can be located anywhere in the country.
Salary, Additional Pay, and Total Earnings Expectations:
- Pay: $20–$22 per hour (DOE) commission
- Commission Structure: Ranges from 5-10% on mono-line, property, and bundled policies. NOTE: There are also Additional incentives for life insurance sales
- On Target Earnings: $65,000–$70,000 in your first year upon hitting performance goals.
What are the Expectations, Responsibilities, and Requirements?
- 80–100 outbound calls per day.
- 10–20 auto quotes daily.
- Valid P&C license in any state, must be able to work a PST schedule.
