The Jason Herbers Allstate Agency is seeking Licensed, Experienced Remote P&C Insurance Sales Producers who are ready to build strong relationships with our clients and help them protect their homes, autos, lives and retirement income with the proper coverage that fits and protects each clients lifestyle.

If you meet our Required Qualifications : (we will ONLY be considering candidates who meet these requirements)

1. Minimum 1 year Prior Captive Agency (preferably Allstate) P&C Insurance Outbound Sales Experience

2. Minimum 1 year prior remote work experience

3. Proven track record of outbound selling minimum 40 items / month average for the last 1 year

Prior outbound sales in a captive agency, P&C insurance industry experience , and a valid P&C Insurance License is required
Our digital workspace includes an all day zoom meeting with cameras on to enhance the remote work experience!
Total Comp Package = $65,000 - $100,000 Includes base salary DOE $35,000 - $45,000 plus anticipated commissions and bonuses

Responsibilities

Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

Feel comfortable and confident in making 100 calls per day to prospective clients.

Prospect for clients via the phone, internet, and in-person.

Develop referral partnerships with other business professionals within our local area.

Evaluate client needs and make professional recommendations.

Educate potential clients on the importance of having proper coverage.

Requirement

Prior proven sales track record

REQUIRED

Currently have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License

REQUIRED

Previous Captive Agency Insurance Sales experience, preferably Allstate Experience

REQUIRED

Our digital workspace includes an all day zoom meeting with cameras on - remote candidates must be willing to adhere to this policy

REQUIRED

MUST have knowledge of a commissioned sales role and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies

MUST have experience working remotely and have a quiet, private, dedicated workstation set up for an office

Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time.

Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude

Great self-starter with a sense of urgency

Ability to create relationships from a cold start and able to handle customer rejection.

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up.

Excellent communication / interpersonal skills

Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
