Our Allstate Insurance Agency is looking to add entry level sales Insurance Producers. No prior experience required. Office is upbeat and thrives to provide a positive, fun working environment. Work closely alongside an experienced agency owner with quality training provided. Agency provides purchased leads and marketing to staff. Salary Huge commission opportunity - unlimited income!
Requirements:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Friendly and outgoing - good with people
- Strong negotiation skills
- Positive attitude
- Must complete sales fit assessment when apply to be considered for position
Daily Tasks Performed:
- Handle inbound sales calls - close business!
- Make outbound sales calls
- Master agency sales process - full training provided
- Service existing clients
- Follow up with prospects quoted to close
Benefits
- Base Salary: $36,000
- Commission: up to 20%

Washington State Personal Lines Insurance License is required to be obtained within two weeks of accepting position. (20 hours study time) Prior insurance experience not required. Licensing fees paid for by Agency
