Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to retain and build long-term client relationships.

- Manage incoming calls and provide timely, effective solutions to client requests.

- Must have an Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (all necessary licenses must be current).
- Minimum of one year of experience in the insurance industry.
