Fleet Account Manager Responsibilities :
- Works with assigned Fleet(s) and Customer(s) handling service issues, breakdown assistance when outside our AOR, and coordinating warranty / policy assistance with vendors.
- Liaison between Fleet and Allstate Peterbilt Group dealership locations to resolve service-related concerns.
Invoicing / Overcharging
Runs assigned customer lists monthly and emails out to the customer
Set up proactive / corrective vendor campaigns when necessary
