Regional Parts Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Responsible for representing Allstate Peterbilt in Minnesota and Iowa.
Ability to manage and work with14 outside parts salespeople
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and vendors.
Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
Provide expert knowledge and solutions for heavy-duty truck and equipment parts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes.
Calling on customers with fleets and repair shops to grow accounts in assigned territories.
Servicing existing accounts to help ensure parts orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Must be self-motivated and have good communication skills.
Experience in the Heavy-Duty trucking industry is required
Must have the ability to cold call and prospect for new business while growing existing accounts.
Service existing accounts by visiting them on a regular basis and maintaining open lines of communication.
Assist in delivering and picking up parts orders as needed.
Some travel is required
