Our organization is dedicated to serving the Medium and Heavy Duty Truck Industry segments across the Upper Midwest. From the beginning of the vehicle rental process, through the repairs and on-going vehicle maintenance phase, to final disposal and replacement, our team of dedicated and highly skilled professionals work diligently to keep our trucks on the road running smoothly.
Coordination of rental fleet needs. Seeking a motivated, detail oriented individual who can grow this role.
Rental Coordinator duties and responsibilities :
- Help with inbound and outbound inspections of the rental fleet.
- Create rental contracts and request insurance for rental department as needed.
- Stage and organize the equipment.
- Answer inbound calls for the rental department, taking reservations and setting up rentals for customers.
- Providing knowledgeable customer service in person, via phone and email.
- Assist with maintaining proper condition of the vehicles for rental readiness.
- Tracking / coordinating with Service and customers regarding damage concerns.
- Obtaining rentals through outside vendors as needed.
