Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and growing relationship with mortgage and real estate industry leaders, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the Nashville Mortgage and Real Estate market to effectively communicate with these sources to help grow the insurance sales of the agency. The opportunity also involves other internal sales processes via current customers, internal and external marketing programs, inbound calls and other processes that generate sales and retention to grow the agency.
This is not a remote job opportunity and the successful candidate will already have fantastic and numerous relationships with local realtors, builders, mortgage loan officers, loan processors and/or similar which will facilitate a very strong career opportunity!
Responsibilities
- Primarily Homeowners and Auto Insurance sales but also other personal lines
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the market.
- Convert your current relationships in the local real estate market to sales
- Communicate product benefits and technical specifications to clients clearly and persuasively.
- Generate insurance sales from leads provided by a vast amount of marketing by the agency as well as internal processes for current or past clients.
- Work with our internal CSR team to help generate sales opportunities
- Be a team player who cares about others and the success of the team and agency
Experience
- No Insurance experience necessary! That's the easy part. :)
- Experience in the Nashville metro real estate community is a must.
- Insurance experience in the past, along with real estate community experience is ideal.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with decision makers or influencers.
- Self Starter. Proactive personality. Goal oriented. Driven to succeed. Coachable.
- Must acquire an insurance license but not necessary to qualify.
