Retail Sales Manager Role:
Manage inventory both stock and incoming new truck sales
Inside sales deal analysis
Work directly with sales reps to help them close deals
Review Deal Packets
Approve holds/orderouts
Approve invoicing, commissions, charge backs, etc.
Review and approve commission sheets.
Work with sales reps. To be creative in building their deals. Help them to win deals that aligns with APG.
Help good sales reps become great and help the failing reps to become good.
Input on backlog trucks – what should we bring in for stock, where do we need to order more trucks.
Bring value to sales manager meetings, sales meeting and training sessions.
Day to day operations at the SSP dealership
Public relations with industry associations
Conquest new business with sales reps. Help them to build their deals, with creative solutions.
Run department manger meetings in SSP
Coordinate with used trucks on trade cycles, appraisals, pre trade inspections, etc.
