As an Insurance Retention Specialist , you will play a vital role in maintaining and strengthening client relationships by performing renewal reviews, introducing additional lines of protection, and advising customers on potential risks. This position offers a base salary of $45,000 to $50,000 plus commission and bonus opportunities, with a year-end potential progressing upwards to $96,000 . Responsibilities
- Conduct renewal reviews to ensure clients coverage continues to meet their needs
- Introduce clients to additional lines of protection and cross-sell insurance products
- Advise customers on potential risks and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Assist customers with inspection issues to maintain policy compliance
- Collaborate with our life insurance specialist to develop life insurance appointments
