Job Summary : The Forklift Operator will be responsible for the loading and unloading materials and deliveries and move them to storage areas, machines and loading area. Job Duties : Load and unload materials up to 40 in length constantly(certain occasions up to 50) and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them in assigned placesLocate and move stock of products to pallets for storage or shipmentIdentify damages and report shortages or quality deficienciesTransport raw material to production workstationsInspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenanceKeep updated records of inventory and activity logsComply with company policies and legal guidelinesHelp maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilitiesThe above list of duties is not to be construed as an exhaustive list.
