Pittsburg Tank and Tower Group Job Description TOWER FOREMAN Job Summary : The Tower Foreman will be responsible for the safety of the crew and carrying out the activities to finish the job and maintain professional contact with the Project Managers, Customer and other personnel involved. Job Duties : Safety, Development, Completion of work, and Quality of work with the crewAccurately complete travel and expense reports and timesheets weeklyOrganize, track and maintain all customer and company assetsMust be comfortable working at heightsComprehensive knowledge of telecommunication tower maintenanceAble to travel out of statePerform all daily site safety analysis meetings, PPE and safety / equipment inspectionsProper use of all safety equipment and adherence to all safety procedures with the crewAdherence to OSHA / NATE / customer and industry standards and qualityPerform all work efficiently and effectively while observing safety and quality requirementsMaintain safety records / certifications as requiredProfessional customer and co-worker interactionPerform other duties as requestedValid Drivers License and able to pass insurance driving background check Qualifications : Knowledge of tower constructionProven experience as a construction foreman / tower experienceComtrain certificationIn-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelinesUnderstanding of electrical, RF, and antennasAbility to communicate and report effectivelyAptitude in mathProblem solving abilitiesGood physical condition and staminaHigh school diploma or diploma in skilled tradeAble to work on the road for 4-6 weeks at a time Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to climb; stand; walk; use hands and fingers; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
