Responsible for helping individuals and families secure the right insurance coverage for their needs, including homeowners, auto, renters, umbrella, and other personal lines policies. You will build relationships with new and existing clients and provide customized insurance solutions that offer peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and current clients to assess their insurance needs, provide policy recommendations, and offer expert guidance on coverage options.
- Identify suitable insurance products for clients, explain policy terms, and process new policies, renewals, and endorsements.
- Respond to client inquiries, address coverage concerns, and assist with claims processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify additional coverage needs and recommend supplemental policies to enhance client protection.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and internal team members to drive business growth and retention.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in insurance sales or service with exposure to personal lines preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a simple and relatable manner.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients find the best coverage solutions.
