**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on insurance sales. This role involves engaging with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions. Already licensed in property and casualty is preferred but willingness to obtain license will be considered for the right person.
**Duties:**
- Conduct sales activities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Administer sales documentation and ensure accuracy
- Utilize multilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse clientele
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in insurance or related fields
- Strong proficiency in phone sales techniques
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively
