We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support IT project implementation by analyzing business needs, defining system requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders. This role involves gathering and documenting requirements, improving processes, and ensuring project success through strategic planning and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear system requirements.
- Gather requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Develop use cases, test plans, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to align project goals.
- Maintain strong working relationships and contribute to process improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Systems, or related field.
- Three years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst, Project Manager, or IT Manager.
- Strong ability to define and document business processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Visio.
- Experience in use case development, testing, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Security & Background Requirements:
Candidates must obtain and retain security clearance. Disqualifications include felony convictions, deferred adjudications, and certain misdemeanor offenses.
