Job Summary :
We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to ensure compliance with regulations, contracts, and company policies within Indirect and Direct Procurement. This role involves analyzing contracts, providing mentorship, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations while working independently. You’ll be a key compliance representative for complex procurements and collaborate with various teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Review pre and post-award subcontract documentation for compliance with regulations, business systems, and company policies.
Analyze data and provide creative solutions to complex compliance issues.
Develop, implement, and audit policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the company adheres to them.
Mentor and guide staff on compliance matters and participate in internal / external presentations.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and safety standards.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
Experience : Minimum of 6 years in procurement compliance with a deep understanding of FAR, DFAR, ITAR, and other related regulations.
Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Additional : Proficient with computer systems and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
