We are seeking skilled Field Controls Technicians for our leading client. In this role, you will perform service calls and work on larger projects in collaboration with a project manager. Responsibilities include working with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, utilizing DDC controllers, low-voltage wiring, and DDC graphical programming with platforms such as ABB, Johnson FX, Distech, Tridium, Honeywell, and AAON. Additional duties include interpreting wiring diagrams, mechanical plans, and performing assigned tasks as needed

Compensation: $85,000 – $110,000 total, paid hourly
Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required.

Required Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License with an Insurable Driving Record
- Experience with MS Visio
- Hands-on experience with controls, DDC, PLC, or Ladder-Logic programming
- 2 years of experience in diagnosis, programming, and repair of building automation systems
- Experience with Cylon (ABB), Distech Controls, Honeywell, or JCI (Preferred)
- Experience with Tridium Niagara (Preferred)
- Tridium Niagara N4 Certification (Preferred)
