We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Data Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on data analysis, quality assurance, and problem management. You will collaborate with internal teams to enhance QA processes, conduct root cause analysis, and manage ticketing systems using Salesforce and ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily and weekly QA checks in Salesforce and ServiceNow.
- Develop and document QA processes with the Problem Management team.
- Analyze root cause codes and aggravating factors for trend analysis.
- Create reports and presentations summarizing QA findings.
- Track and manage tickets, ensuring efficient resolution.
- Participate in PIR reviews and compile reports for leadership.
- Present technical data in a clear, understandable format to stakeholders.
- Draft meeting summaries and executive reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expertise in Salesforce and ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Smartsheet or others).
- Strong experience in QA processes and problem management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, data analysis, or a related field.
- Certifications in Salesforce, ServiceNow, or data analysis.
- Experience in the telecom or IT industry.
- Previous involvement with Problem Management teams.
