Responsibilities;
- Code and APC backup/restore
- Support for customer service support organization
- Supporting trouble shooting at customer side
- Trouble shooting as remote support
- Monitoring the Automation Service email inbox
- Creating and delegating automation service tickets
- Maintaining and operating the automation test equipment in the office
- Traveling time 40 – 50 %
Administrative:
- Handle all Microsoft standard applications (Word, Excel, PP, Visio, etc.)
- Allen Bradley ControlLogix
- Allen Bradley factory Talk
- Siemens S7 / TIA
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year working with Allen Bradley or Siemens tools in a professional or academic environment
- Hold an Associate’s degree in Automation/Electrical Engineering or related field
