Microbiologist

Location: Raleigh, NC
Willingness to travel approx. 50-60%
Hard skills
- Bachelor's degree in Biology / Microbiology or similar degree, advanced degree preferred
- Laboratory, pharmaceutical microbiology, sterilization process qualification, and quality related documentation background strongly preferred.
- Knowledge and technical expertise related to H2O 2 decontamination, QC Microbiology Lab operations, cGMP Standards, OSHA requirements, FDA and EU guidance related to aseptic production, USP and EP standards related to biological indicators and sterility testing are a plus.
- Experience in requalification services and troubleshooting
- Versed in setting up and following protocols and reports
Soft skills
- Responsible, precise and cleanly documented working methods
- Distinct customer and service orientation
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable demonstrating and providing operator training with end users
- Ability to work independently
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
