We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Engineer for a long-term contract position in beautiful Minneapolis, MN. This isn't just another IT job – you'll be a vital part of the team, providing critical support and installation services across a variety of exciting locations, including offices, reservation centers, and even the airport! Think of it as being the tech hero our clients rely on.

Exciting Stuff You Will Get To Do :

• Be the IT Guru : You'll be the go-to person for all things IT, handling a wide range of operational support and "IMAC" (Install, Move, Add, Change) requests for our clients' IT infrastructure. No two days will be the same!
• Deliver Top-Notch Service : Provide exceptional customer support during field visits and dispatches. You'll be the face of our company, and your friendly, helpful attitude will make all the difference.
• Solve the Puzzle : Diagnose technical problems and errors and implement effective solutions. Your analytical skills will be put to the test, and you'll have the satisfaction of knowing you've cracked the code.
• Document Like a Pro : Produce clear and concise service reports, ensuring accurate records of all your work. Your attention to detail will be invaluable.
• Analyze and Optimize : Collect and analyze performance data to provide technical assistance and identify areas for improvement. You'll be contributing to the ongoing success of our clients' IT systems.
• Master of Time : Effectively manage your workflow and stick to schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Troubleshooting Superhero : Develop creative workaround procedures when standard solutions fall short. Your ability to think outside the box will be highly valued.
• Technical Mentor : Share your expertise by troubleshooting and developing technical solutions related to software and setup errors for fellow field engineers, technicians, and customers. You'll be a leader and a resource for the entire team.
• Build Relationships : Foster strong, positive relationships with our clients. Your interpersonal skills will be just as important as your technical abilities.
