Job Title: Paid Media Associate
Location: New York, NY 10036 (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension or Full-Time Conversion)
Pay Rate: $25–$30/hr.
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paid Media Associate to support the execution and optimization of digital media campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is key in driving new subscriptions and engaging existing audiences. The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and highly collaborative, with a solid foundation in digital advertising platforms and campaign trafficking.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in launching and managing digital campaigns across Meta, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and DSPs via Google Campaign Manager 360.
- Manage timelines, creative assets, taxonomy, and ad tag creation to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate the delivery and implementation of creative assets and tracking mechanisms.
- Perform quality assurance checks on creatives and campaign setups to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
- Maintain and troubleshoot campaign tracking, including Google conversion tag management and QA of media tags.
- Support campaign operations by addressing tracking-related inquiries and campaign performance questions.
- Uphold consistency in campaign taxonomy, tracking conventions, and overall digital media governance across teams.
- Monitor budget adherence and campaign performance metrics to ensure alignment with paid media KPIs.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in digital media, trafficking, or marketing technology.
- Proficiency in Google Campaign Manager 360 and ad serving platforms.
- Experience building and managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with onboarding new martech platforms, site tagging, and click tracking integration.
