What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Controller position at AllSTEM Connections?
Growing food manufacturing company is recruiting for a Head of Cost Accounting role. This individual will support multiple manufacturing sites and play a key role in an ERP implementation project.
Duties:
- Establish a common database across the four companies to set up and maintain a proper cost accounting function
- Determine and maintain standard costs of manufactured goods
- Contribute actively to Supply Chain cost saving initiatives
- Establish and maintain standard reports (e.g. PPV, MSM Workbooks, overhead calculations, inventory reconciliation, etc.) to improve transparency on costs and profitability
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- At least three years of related experience required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in working with an ERP system in a manufacturing environment.
