CONTRACT: 6 TO 9 MONTHS

5.Experience or understanding of Agile methodologies
DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES:-
Working on getting gen-AI tools to production.
- Configure and set up the AWS platform environment to meet organizational requirements and stage for Egain migration.
- Provide technical support, write python widgets, troubleshoot during the setup phase to address any issues that arise, writing scripts to automate process and solve issues
- Work with the data science/research team and external vendors to ensure smooth integration.
- Ensure that the platform is optimized for performance, security, and scalability
- Productionize the tools in AWS, and migration - they are currently using Moxy, migrating to Egain.
Roles and Responsibilities
Configure and set up the AWS platform environment to meet organizational requirements and stage for eGain migration.
Ensure that the platform is optimized for performance, security, and scalability.
Provide technical support, write python widgets and troubleshooting during the setup phase to address any issues that arise.
Work closely with project managers to ensure that contractor roles align with the changing requirements of the migration process.
Proficient in Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure application development skills for more than one technology as well as multiple design techniques
§ Working proficiency in Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software
§ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least one of the common frameworks
§ Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency and security
§ Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages
§ Working proficiency in a portion of software engineering disciplines and demonstrates understanding of overall software skills including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of
