Job Title : Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

Location : Framingham, MA 01701 (Hybrid - 1-2 days / month in office)

Duration : 3 months with possible extension

Pay Rate : $25-30 / hr.

Hours : 36.25 hours / week

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver an outstanding employment brand experience for candidates and clients.
  • Provide diverse support to multiple recruiters across business functions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Serve as a liaison between recruiters, candidates, and hiring teams to ensure smooth execution of the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Communicate proactively with candidates and internal / external contacts via email, phone, and text.
  • Schedule and coordinate onsite, video, and phone interviews for US Corporate Office, Store, and Distribution Center locations globally.
  • Arrange and book candidate travel accommodations as needed.
  • Draft and distribute offer letters for internal and external candidates, ensuring compensation and language accuracy.
  • Enter candidate relocation information into Cartus and partner with the Global Mobility Specialist for escalations.
  • Initiate and process candidate travel expenses, including meals and mileage reimbursements.
  • Manage pre-hire background checks, adjudicate employment and education flags, and liaise with the Background Screening team for criminal investigations as needed.
  • Partner with HR Shared Services to ensure accurate onboarding records for new hires.
  • Act as a key partner to recruiters and hiring managers by addressing questions, providing guidance on processes, and ensuring alignment with hiring procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks and deliver updates on candidate statuses in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Facilitate US New Hire Orientation and complete I-9 verifications for Home Office associates weekly.
  • Provide training or procedural guidance to team members as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) is essential.
  • Salary : $25 - $30
