- Problem Resolution : Collaborate with technical and administrative staff to address and resolve production or processing issues.
- Quality Control Systems : Develop and maintain production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing data to identify and solve production problems.
- Staff Management : Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff, addressing personal grievances and ensuring a productive work environment.
